A beautiful and special light filled shoot in the woodlands at Stanmer with Luisa Vilar, a Brighton based yoga teacher sauna master, reiki practioner and sound healer, photographed for her new website Luisa Sound & Soul.

It's an act of bravery to be photographed, and when your business is 'you', stepping into this space to be seen is powerful. My work in portraits is just as much about creating space and allowing people relax into the moment as taking images, and I always feel very privileged to be able to help people to show up authentically and be visible in this way.
