Another beautiful day out in the Sussex landscape in the ancient yew forests at Kingsley Vale with Forests without Frontiers as part of their Enchanting Forest project, led by Creative Director Nicoleta Carpineanu.

A group of people standing in a forest, some holding instruments. Sunlight filters through trees. Mood is calm and natural.

Enchanting Forest is a multidisciplinary arts project, connecting musicians and artists with natural spaces of special significance, and telling the story of the land and it's heritage by blending traditional English folklore with contemporary music and sound.

Kingley Vale is home to some of the oldest yew trees in Europe, and it was the perfect setting for a day working with the incredible New Note Orchestra (the world's first 'reocvery' orchestra, helping people with addiction, homelessness and mental health challenges).
